HPLC法测定复方双嘧达莫缓释胶囊中阿斯匹林和双嘧达莫的含量

Determination of dipyridamole and aspirin by HPLC

目的 应用反相高效液相色谱法测定复方双嘧达莫缓释胶囊中阿司匹林和双嘧达莫的含量。方法 色谱柱 :LUNA ODS 18(2 ) ;流动相 :1%醋酸 (pH 3 0 )∶甲醇∶乙腈 (4 7∶45∶8)。检测波长 :2 75nm ;流速 :1 0ml·min-1。结果 双嘧达莫在12 5～ 40 0mg·L-1浓度范围内线性关系良好 ,平均回收率为 99 8%,RSD为 0 2 7%,阿司匹林在 10 0～ 5 0 0mg·L-1浓度范围内线性关系良好 ,平均回收率为 10 0 7%,RSD为 0 5 2 %。结论 本法简便、稳定、灵敏、准确。

AIM Dipyridamole and aspirin was determined by HPLC in compound dipyridamole sutained-release capsules. METHODS The column:LUNA-ODS-18 (2) column;The mobile phase:1% acetic acid solution(pH=3^0)∶methanol∶acetonitrile(47∶45∶8); the detection wave length:275 nm;the flow rate:1^0 ml·min -1. RESULT Dipyridamole's calibration curve was linear in the range of 12^5～400 μg·ml -1,and it's average recovery was 99^8%(RSD=0^27%);Aspirim's calibration curve was linear in the range of 10.0～500 μg·ml -1,and it's average recovery was 100^7%(RSD=0^52%). CONCLUSION This method is simple,stabile,sensitive and accurate.
