间接分光光度法测定克拉霉素胶囊含量

Deteermination of clarithromycin by indirect photometry

目的 建立分光光度法测定克拉霉素胶囊含量的方法。方法 采用少量甲醇将克拉霉素溶解后 ,再用 0 1mol·L-1醋酸盐缓冲溶液稀释至适宜浓度 ,加入硫酸显色后在 482nm波长处直接测定。结果 线性范围 10～ 30mg·L-1,r=0 9994,平均回收率 10 0 5 %,RSD =0 30 %。结论 本法简便、快速、准确。

AIM An Indirect photometry method was established for determination of clarithromycin capsules.METHOD After dissolved in a little ammount of methonal, clarithromycin was diluted to a suitable consistense by acetate buffer and was colored by sulfuric acid,then was determined at the wavelength 482 nm. RESULTS The linear rangr was 10～30 μg·ml -1 (r=0^9994). The mean recovery was 100^5%,RSD=0^30%. CONCLUSION The method is convenient,rapid, accurate and precise.
