Determination of lincomycin in the half-product of lincomycin hydrochloride and glucose injection by UV

采用紫外分光光度法测定盐酸林可霉素葡萄糖注射液半成品中林可霉素的含量 ,以纯水为溶剂 ,检测波长 2 14nm ,盐酸林可霉素在 48～ 144mg·L-1范围内线性关系良好 ,r =0 9992 ,平均回收率为 10 0 17%,RSD =0 1%,(n =5 )该方法操作简便、准确。

To deveolp a UV method for lincomycin in the halt-product of lincomycin hydrocholride and glucose injection. The solvent was aqueous purified. And the detection wavelength was at 214 nm. The calibration curve was linear in the range of 48～144 μg·ml -1 of lincomycin (r=0.9992). The average recovery rate was 100.17% with relative standard deviation of 0.1% (n=5). The method was reproducible,simple and accurate.
