摘要
医院质量管理发展主要表现在从质量概念、管理结构和控制体系到服务质量的深化 ,从标准化管理、目标管理到医院信息管理 ;而 ISO90 0 0质量体系认证、循证医学与卫生技术评估、病种医疗质量管理。
The development of the quality management in the hospital exists in deepening from the quality cognition, the management structure, the controlling system to service the quality, from the standard management, the goal management to the information management. ISO9000, the following medicine, the medical tech evaluation, the case variety quality management, the real-time control of the medical quality and the clinic method are trends of the quality management.
