专科医院住院医师规范化培训面临的问题

Facing Problems in Standardization Training of Residents in Specialized Hospital

当前 ,各级医院都非常重视住院医师规范化培训 ;但专科医院 ,尤其是传染病专科医院因其学科设置等特点 ,在住院医师规范化培训中面临一些具体问题。面对这种状况 ,我院制定了切实可行的培训方案 ,采取有效措施 。

Nowadays, the hospitals at various levels are paying close attention to standardization training of the residents. Due to the special characteristics of the specific infectious disease hospitals, some problems are found in occupational training of the residents in them. In this paper, the author reported some effective countermeasures for these problems in our hospital.
