摘要
为探讨采用病人测评法来测评护理服务的满意度 ,本文介绍了病人测评法的实施方案 ,病人测评法的内涵 ;同时 ,介绍了通过病人测评法 。
To inquire into adopting the patients' measurement and surveying the satisfaction degree of the nursing service, it is introduced in this article that the actualizing plan of the patients' measurement, and the intension of the patients' measurement; at the same time, the satisfied degree of the nursing service should get very bigly improving by the way of the patients' measurement.
