摘要
为探讨护士长的自身形象对护理群体的影响 ,本文阐述了护士长在日常工作中应具备良好的自身形象、业务素质、心理素质、以及和谐的人际关系 ;由此 。
To probe into the influences of the head nurse's self image to the nurses' group, it is expounded in this article that the head nurse should have the self good image, operation diathesis, the psychological diathesis and the harmony interpersonal relationship in the routine work, so that the tremendous influences and the cohesions should come into being among the nurses' group imperceptibly.
