The construction of the medical ethics and the medical mood plays a key role in the hospital's spiritual civilization as an important part of ideological and the political works. Under the new situation, we are facing the problem how to strengthen the construction of the medical ethics and the medical mood. It is discussed in this article that the significance along with existing problems and its causes of the enhancement with countermeasures.
