天松Ⅰ号对绝望大鼠模型行为及脑组织血浆5-羟色胺、多巴胺的影响 被引量:8

摘要 目的探讨天松Ⅰ 号预防给药对绝望大鼠模型行为及脑组织和血浆 5 -羟色胺 (5 -HT)、多巴胺(DA)的影响。方法SD大鼠 40只 ,随机分为正常对照组、模型对照组、百忧解对照组、天松 Ⅰ号试验组 ,观察各组动物游泳不动时间、敞箱得分、蔗糖消耗量、体重变化等 ,并检测脑组织、血浆的 5 -HT、DA含量。结果天松Ⅰ 号试验组大鼠体重减轻量、游泳不动时间低于模型对照组 ;敞箱得分、蔗糖消耗量、延长戊巴比妥钠睡眠时间及脑组织和血浆的 5 -HT、DA含量均高于模型对照组 (P <0 .0 5或P <0 .0 1 )。结论天松 Ⅰ号可改善绝望大鼠模型的抑郁情绪 ,延长戊巴比妥钠睡眠时间 ,提高脑组织和血浆的 5 -HT、DA的含量。 ?Objective To investigate the effects of Tiansong I preventively given on behaviors and contents of 5 hydroxytryptamine and dopamine in brain tissue and plasma of behavioral despair rats. Methods Sprague Dawlay rats(n=40) were randomly divided into controlling group, modelling group,Baiyoujie treated group and Tiansong I treated group at first. Then, accumulated immobility time, open field test scores, the quantities of sucrose consumed and the weight variation of all animals were observed. Finally, the contents of 5 hydroxytryptamine and dopamine in brain tissue and plasma were measured. Results The sleep time and accumulated immobility time were decreased in Tiansong I treated groud, open field test scores, the quantities of sucrose consumed, the sleep time and the 5 hydroxytryptamine and dopamine concentrations in brain tissue and plasma were increased, when compaired with those of modelolling group (P< 0.05 or P< 0.01 ). Conclusion Tiansong I can improve the depression statue and increase the sleep time of the behavioral despair rats; it can also increase the 5 hydroxytryptamine and dopamine concentrations in brain tissue and plasma of the behouioral despair rats. 〔
