摘要
以温阳活血行水功效之济肾方治疗脾肾阳虚型原发性肾病综合征 3 0例 (治疗组 ) ,并与泼尼松组 3 0例 (对照组 )对照观察 ,结果表明 :两组均可改善肾功能、降低血脂及尿蛋白定量、增加血浆白蛋白 ,疗效无显著性差异 ;与对照组比较 ,治疗组能显著改善血液流变学指标 (P <0 .0 1 ) ,且副作用少。
?Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of JSF on PNSDSK.Methods 60 patients with PNSDSK were randomly devided into the test group treated with JiShen Formula(30 Cases), and the control group treated with prednisone(30 Cases). Results The results showed that the renal functions wereall improved,blood-lipid and urinary protein decreased,and plasma albumin increased among animals in both groups, with no significant difference between them. However,in comparison with the control group,the test group could remarkably decrease the indexes of blood rheology(P<0.01) and had fewer side-effects. Conclusion WYPBD is so effective on PNSDSK as that of prednisone. 〔
