摘要 目的 :用牛血清蛋白 (BSA)代替唾液蛋白对含碳酸盐氟羟磷灰石 (FCHA)与羟基磷灰石 (HA)进行吸附特性的研究 ,为FCHA作为磨光剂在临床使用提供依据。方法 :用BSA水溶液对FCHA与HA进行吸附实验 ,采用紫外分光光度计测定BSA水溶液的OD值。结果 :标准曲线符合要求。BSA在起始浓度大于 0 2 5mg/ml时 ,FCHA表面上的吸附量小于HA的吸附量 ,且随起始BSA浓度增加 ,差异变大 ,在测定的时间范围 ,两者的吸附时间与吸附量变化不大。结论 :HA对BSA的吸附量明显大于FCHA 。 Objective:To investigate the adsorption characteristics of hydroxyapatite (HA) and fluoridated carbonate containing hydroxyapatite (FCHA) for bovine albumin serum (BSA).Methods:The sizes of the HA and FCHA powders were less 76μm.The aqueous solutions of BSA were used in the experiments.Their OD was measured by UV spectrophotometer.Results:The standard curve was available.The differences between the amounts of BSA absorbed onto the HA and FCHA powders were increased with increasing initial concentrations.Conclusion:The amounts of BSA absorbed onto the HA were obviously larger than that onto FCHA.So the FCHA can apply as abrasive.
