摘要
本文研究了位阻和溶剂效应对胺类从硫酸介质中萃铁的影响,并讨论了了作用机理。指出自由胺作为萃取剂,氯仿对伯胺和叔胺均起抑萃作用。醇类及各种中性试剂对伯胺萃铁均产生协同效应。位阻较大的叔胺只能在较高 PH 下萃取羟基铁络阴离子,位阻较小的伯胺可在较宽范围内萃取羟基铁和非羟基铁。中性试剂与伯胺间相互作用提高了伯胺的位阻和选择性,使伯胺在萃取和反萃性能上近似于叔胺.本工作为改善胺类从硫酸介质中萃取 Fe(Ⅲ)和解决反萃难提供了理论依据。
Effect of steric hindrance and different solvent on the extraction of Fe(Ⅲ) by amines from the sulfate solutions are discussed in this paper. With free amine as solvent,the extraction of Fe by primary and tertiary amines was decreased with the addition of chloroform.Alcohols and many other neutral extractants show synergistic extraction of Fe with primary amine. Tertiary amine with high steric hindrance can extract hydroxy-ferric anions from solutions with high pH values only.Primary amine with low steric hindrance can extract iron and hydroxy-iron complexes from solutions in a wide range of pH values With the addition of neutral extractant,primary amine shows higher steric effect arid thus better selectivity and its extra- ction and stripping properties are similar to those of tertiary amine.Met- hods of improving the extraction of Fe(Ⅲ) from sulfate solutions with amines and the stripping of iron extracted are also presented.
