摘要
为将 STRV/OPT 优化程序库移植至 VAX-11/780计算机上,通过调试确定了26个机器常数。利用 VAX 机系统软件较强的优势,建立了 VAX 机上的 HELP-OPT系统。优化库的引进为用户作科研计算提供了又一个强有力的工具,文中以生物化学某模型微分方程参数识别为例说明了优化库的作用。
The STYR/OPT optimization subroutine library consists of several cha- pters such as linear search,linear programming,quadratic programming, minimization of a function,nonlinear least-squares and constrained optimi- zat ion. In order to transplanting the STYR/OPT library into a VAX-11/708 computer,26 machine parameters have been determioed by debugging.By use of the advantages of the system software on the VAX computer,a HELP- OPT system has been set up on it.The optimization library is a powerful tool for calculating science and engineering problems.In this paper an exa- mple has been given for the problem of parameters identification of a bic- chemistry model.To solve this problem we used a Runge-Kutta-Verner fifth and sixth order method for ordinary differential equations and a comprehe- nsive quasi-Newton algorithm for finding a minimum of an objective function subject to upper and lower bounds on the variables.
