摘要 介绍了近年来用微细加工技术研制的微器件在生物医学中的应用,主要包括化验、给药、细胞工程和微创外科等方面开展的一些研究工作。 In this paper we briefly introduce some microdevices which have been developed recently for biomedical applications by micro-fabrication technology.These applications mainly include areas of diagnostics, drug delivery, tissue engineering and minimally-invasive surgery.
