65例女性盆腔恶性肿瘤组织内插植照射疗效的评价

Evaluation on the intrahistoimplantated irradiation for 65 cases with female pelvic malignanttumour.

目的:评价65例女性盆腔恶性肿瘤组织内插植照射的疗效。方法:对组织间插植照射的65例分3类进行回顾分析。第1类消除宫颈大体积、外生型肿瘤;第2类以常规方法治疗未得到控制的肿瘤,增加局部照射剂量;第3类局部复发转移癌的姑息治疗。结果:第1类全部得以消除,宫颈外形恢复;第2类病例部分缓解(PR)和完全缓解率(CR)分别为77.8％和22.2％,平均生存时间为3年;第3类PR和CR率分别为70.0％和30.0％,平均生存时间为2.6年。结论:组织间插植放射治疗对消除宫颈巨大、外生型肿瘤以及某些局部治疗未得到控制而复发和转移癌是有效的方法。

Objective:To evaluate on the effect of intrahistoimplantated irradiation.Methods: 65 cases with intrahistoimplantated irradiation were divided into 3 groups for restrospectively analysis: Group 1: shrinking the huge exophytic cervical tumor ;Groups2: increasing the local tumor dosage for local failure treated by routine radiation; Group3: palliative treatment for local recurecnce or metastasis. Results: Total cases in group 1 the huge exogenous tumor were shinked to normal cervical size. 77.8% and 22.2% cases in group 2 were partial remission (PR) and complete remission (CR),respectively,and mean living time was 3 years.70.0% and 30.0% cases in group 3 were PR and CR,respectively; the mean living time was 2.6 years. Conclusions:Intrahistoimplantated irradiation is effective methods for shinking the huge exogenous cervical tumor and better palliative methods for some patient with local recurence and metastases.
