Influence of Tiaozhitongyu Tablet on Whole Blood Viscosity in Mice

目的 :观察调脂通瘀片 (TZTY)对实验动物血粘度及血小板聚集功能的影响。方法 :测定该药对小鼠全血粘度、红细胞压积及大鼠血小板聚集率的影响 ;放射免疫法测定药物小鼠血交 TXB2 、6- keto- PGF1α的含量的调节。结果 :该药能明显降低全血粘度和血小板的聚集功能 ,明显降低血浆中 TXB2 的含量和增加 6- keto- PGF1α的含量。结论 :调节 TXB2 /6- keto-

Objective:To observe the influence of TZTY on whole blood viscosity and platelet aggregation in the experimental animals.Methods:Whole blood viscosity, hematokrit and platelet aggregation rate in mice were investigated. The concentration of TXB 2 and 6-Keto-PGF 1α in mice serum were measured.Results:TZTU siginificantly reduced the whole blood viscosity, restricted the platelet agglutination, reduced the concentration of TXB 2 and increased the concentration of 6-Keto-PGF 1α .Conclusion:Adjusting the proportionality of TXB 2/6-Keto-PGF 1α is the important basic of protecting and treating thrombus.
