摘要
目的 :从荆芥叶中提取挥发油 ,并测定其含量。方法 :运用微波技术对荆芥叶中挥发油的含量进行测定。结果 :测得荆芥叶中挥发油的含量为 1 .1 0 %。结论 :首次运用微波技术从荆芥中提取挥发油 ,提取速度大大加快 。
Objective:To extract and determine naphtha in leaf of Schizonepeta tenuifolia . Methods: Apply microwave extraction in determinating content of naphtha in leaf of Schizonepeta tenuifolia . Results: Reaction shorten 15 times, the naphtha content is 1.10 %.Conclusion: Microwave technology applied in naphtha of Schizonepeta tenuifolia has been obtained for the first time.
