摘要
目的 :探讨黄芩的体外抑菌作用。方法 :用 K- B纸片扩散法。 1 0 0 %黄芩浸出液滤纸片对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、白色葡萄球菌、绿脓杆菌、乙型链球菌抑菌作用进行了研究。结果 :黄芩对以上细菌均有明显抑菌作用。结论
Objective: To research on the in vitro growth inhibition effect of SBG on bacteria. Methods: K B paper dispersion method was used and the paper was presoaked with 100% SBG on Escherichia Coli, Staphylococcus. aureus, Staphylococcus. albicans, P. aeuginosa β hemolytic streptoccus. Results: It had obvious effect of growth inhibition on bacteria. Conclusion: SBG has significant in vitro effect of growth inhibition on bacteria.
