风湿痛消丸中3种中药成分的薄层色谱鉴别

TLC-Scanning for Three Traditional Materia Medica Components in Rheumatalgia Elimination Pill

目的 :对风湿痛消丸中主要成分马钱子、川芎、麻黄进行鉴别 ,为制订风湿痛消丸质控标准提供试验依据。方法 :采用薄层色谱鉴别法对成品中主要成分进行鉴别。结果 :成品中马钱子、川芎、麻黄与对照品均可见相同颜色的色谱斑点。结论 :薄层色谱鉴别方法可靠 。

Objective:To identify the preparation of Rheumatalgia Elimination pill.Methods:The contents of Semen Strychni, Rhizoma Chuanxiong and Herba Ephedrae in the product were identified with TLC method.Results:The chromatography spots of the contents in the product are the same to the control sample.Conclusion:The preparing technology of the pill is feasible and the quality of product can be controlled with TLC.
