铁箔的电结晶形态与电沉积条件、温度和阴极电流密度有关.晶粒间界和氢夹杂造成了铁箔电阻率和显微硬度的提高。
The morphology of electroforming iron foil,for example,the non-uni- form extent of deposit and the crystal-size depends on the electrolytic con- ditions,especially on bath temperatures and cathodic current densities. The electrodeposit process of iron foil followed the general principle of electrocrystallization of metal from electrolyte. The values of resistivity,ρ,and micro-hardness,Hm,of electro-depo- sited iron foil with thickness of 20 to 100μm are measured to examine the relationship between them and the morphology of electro-crystallization. The effects of hydrogen content of deposit and crystalsize on resisti- vity and micro-hardness are also investigated.Results show that the high hydrogen content and small crytalsize cause high resistivity and high micro -hardness. It is expected that the iron foil which meets requirements of market could be produced by closely controlling the electrolytic parameters.
