摘要
目的 :探索较佳的衍生化方法 ,对芦荟多糖进行定性定量分析。方法 :采用不同的衍生化方法 ,利用气相色谱仪及其与质谱联用的分析手段研究多糖的单糖组成及摩尔比。结果 :芦荟多糖主要由甘露糖、葡萄糖和半乳糖组成 ,摩尔比为1 5.8∶ 1 .0∶ 1 .4。结论
Objective:Aloe polysaccharide was identified and quantified by better method of derivatization.Methods:Two methods were used to study the constitution and molar ratio by means of GC and GC/MS.Results:Aloe polysaccharide mainly consists of mannose, glucose and galactose with molar ration of 15.8∶1.0∶1.4.Conclusion:The derivatization using saccharin acetyl is more compatible for the analysis of aloe polysaccharide.
