摘要
目的:观察兔脑垂体注射液对小鼠免疫功能的影响,并探讨其作用机理。方法:对经过免疫的小鼠进行测定IgG,IgA,IL-2和INF-γ。结果:兔脑垂体注射液显著促进IgG,IgA,IL-2和INF-γ的生成。结论:兔脑垂体注射液对实验性小鼠免疫功能有明显促进作用,这可能是其治疗慢性支气管炎、支气管哮喘等疾病的主要机理。
Objective: To study the influences of rabbit hypophysis cerebri injection of the immune function in mice and investigate the mechanism of the action of rabbit hypophysis cerebri Injection. Mehtods: IgG, IgA, IL-2, IFN-? of the immune mice were determined. Results:rabbit hypophysis cerbri injection obviously promoted genesis of IgG, IgA, IL-2, IFN-?( P< 0.01). Conclusion: The immune fuctions in mice were increased by rabbit hypophysis cerebri injection . It might be a main therapeutic mechanism of chronic bronchitis and bronchial asthma.
