Determination of Metronidazole in Metronidazole Gargles by First Order Derivative Spectrometry

目的:测定甲硝唑漱口液中甲硝唑的含量。方法:采用一阶导数光谱法不经分离直接测定甲硝唑的含量,选定的测定波长为296.5nm。结果:平均回收率为100.4％,RSD为0.9％。结论:方法快速、简便,结果满意。

Objective: Determination of metronidazole in metronidazole gargles by first derivative spectrometrye was described. Method: A first order derivative spectrometry was used the determining wavelength was 296.5 nm. Result:The average recovery was 100.4%. The RSD was 0.94% .Conclusion-.This method is quick and simple. The test result is favorable.
