无码变频钻井泵及其控制系统研究

摘要 根据钻井泵的技术参数,计算拖动电机的输出功率,确定拖动电机选型原则;在相同功率下,推荐高速电机以方便变频器选择;无速度传感器的变频钻井泵,长期运行于5%额定速度以下区段时,容易损坏功率器件,应采取措施尽量避免;双机无码拖动时,论述了扭矩失衡的成因,给出了双机的控制结构和解决扭矩均衡的措施用。 According to the technical parameters of the drilling pump,calculate the output power of the drive motor and determine the selection principle of the drive motor.Under the same power,the high-speed motor is recommended to facilitate the selection of the converter.When the variable frequency drilling pump without the speed sensor runs at a rated speed below 5%for a long time,it is easy to damage the power device.Measures should be taken to avoid it.The cause of the torque imbalance is discussed in the article when selecting the two-motordrive.The control structure of the two-motor-drive and the measures for solving the torque balance are also given.
