摘要
旋转电机转动惯量是衡量电机快速反应的关键指标,目前常用的计算法和测量法都存在需要拆卸电机或者误差大的缺点。针对这种问题,提出了一种外加飞轮片测量的新方法,在电机转轴上加已知转动惯量的飞轮片后从一定转速惰转,记录不同转速惰转到静止所需时间,相同惯量下多次测量求得平均时间,加不同惯量的飞轮片试验获得多组数据。根据旋转电机转速方程,通过曲线拟合方法求外加转动惯量对转速区间内惰转时间的函数即可得到机组转动惯量。在实验室按照该方法测量了一台已知转动惯量的机组,测算结果与实际值相吻合。该方法不需要拆卸电机,且相对落重法待测量数值较大,读数误差小,测算精度高,易于工程使用,对大惯量机组尤为明显。
The moment of inertia of rotary motor is the key index to measure the rapid reaction of motor.The current calculation method and measurement method have the disadvantage of disassembling motor or error.Aiming at this problem,this paper proposes a new method of the flywheel slice of measurement,on the motor shaft and moment of inertia of the flywheel after known from a certain speed running down,record the time needed for different speed running down to rest,under the same inertia mean time measurements obtained for many times,with different moment of inertia of the flywheel slice test multiple sets of data obtained.According to the rotating motor speed equation,the inertia of the unit can be obtained by the fitting method of the curve fitting and the function of the rotation inertia of the inertia.In the laboratory,a set of known rotating inertia is measured by this method,and the calculated results are in line with the actual values.The method does not need to disassemble the motor,and the relative falling weight method has a large number of measurement,small reading error,high accuracy and easy to project use,especially for the large inertia unit.
