集成式直流变频技术在制冷系统上的应用

摘要 本文主要介绍了应用在压缩式制冷系统上的集成式直流变频技术,该技术采用富士通DSP高速处理芯片进行数字信号处理,概述了变频技术的基本原理及组成,图例说明了电流采样、速度采样以及数字信号处理算法实施变频控制的基本过程,此外本系统还可集成温度采样、温度显示以及信号输出控制等功能,经试验证明此方案是一种经济高效的直流变频技术,将越来越受到广大用户的青睐。 This article mainly introduces application that use the Fujitsu DSP high speed processing chip on the compression type refrigeration systems integrated type cocurrent frequency conversion technology to cany on the digital signal processing,Which has outlined the frequency conversion technology basic principle and the composition,the explanatory pamphlet electric current sampling,the speed sampling as well as the digital signal processing algorithm implementation frequency conversion control unit process.In addition this system might also integrate functions and so on temperature sampling,temperature demonstration as well as signal output control.After the experiment it proves that this plan is a kind of economical highly effective cocurrent frequency conversion technology,Which will receive more favor from the users' community.
