HFC-161液相粘度的实验研究

摘要 用HFC-161及其混合物替代HCFC-22是一种新的替代方案。本文利用毛细管粘度计开展液相粘度实验研究。通过测量HC290标定了液相粘度实验装置的仪器常数,为了验证装置的可靠性以及常数的准确性,测量了HC600a在285.13K^345.15K温度区间内的液相粘度,与文献值的平均偏差为0.81%。在此基础上,在263.17K^343.13K温度区间内测量了HFC-161在17个不同温度点的液相粘度,并拟合了液相粘度计算公式,便于工程应用。液相粘度的实验测量完善了HFC-161的热物性数据。 HFC-161 and its mixtures are a new alternative refrigerant for HCFC-22.The viscosity of saturated liquid HFC-161 is measured with a capillary viscometer at temperatures from 263.17K to 343.13K.The viscosity of HC600a is also measured at temperatures from 285.13K to 345.15K for verifying the experimental apparatus,and the difference of experimental viscosity of HC-600a from literature is within 0.81%.The viscosity results of HFC-161 are correlated as a function of temperature for engineering application.
