Forming Technique and Design of Die for Front Cover Board of Drum Washing Machine

本文针对滚筒洗衣机前盖板零件的结构特点,对前盖板结构铆接工艺性进行分析,介绍了一种合理的铆接冲压工艺方案,重点阐述了铆接模具的结构和设计要点,采用此模具结构及工艺方案,显著提高了工件的生产效率,减少了冲压生产工序,大幅减少专业铆接工艺设备的成本投入。

Aiming at the front cover parts' characteristics of the drum washing machine,this paper provides riveted analysis,introduces a kind of reasonable riveting stamping process program,and elaborates with emphasis on the riveting die design.The results showed that with the die structure and process,the production efficiency is improved,the production process is reduced,and the equipment cost investment is highly decreased.
