摘要
本文利用带传动动力学理论知识,对洗衣机动力传动系统进行了分析。在洗衣机传动系统中,多楔带的激烈振动,主要是由激振频率与传动带紧边的自振频率相接近时引起的共振而产生的。因此,通过改变传动带的自振频率,设法使激振频率远离系统的共振区,才能保证传动的正常工作,保持较低的振动水平,达到低噪声传动的理想效果,同时延长传动系统各部件的使用寿命。
According to belt drive system theory,the paper analyzes one classic drive system of washing machine.When the serpentine belt drive system issues large vibration,one of main reasons is belt own frequency near to this system's frequency,and then occurs resonance.So,we can use some methods to change belt own frequency,and let it far from resonance frequency span.At last,we can reduce flexural and transverse vibration,getting low noise drive system and better reliability.
