滚筒洗衣机内筒和外筒之间距离测量与研究

The Gap Investigation between Drum and Tub of Front Load Washer

本文基于某型号滚筒洗衣机的机械结构,首先分析研究了内外筒间距的测试条件,并测量了滚筒洗衣机内筒和外筒间距,然后基于实验结果,综合考虑内外筒间距的影响因素以及安全风险,最后提出了一套增大滚筒洗衣机容量的设计修改方案。

In this article,based on one kind of front load washer mechanical system,the gap between tub and drum is detected after test condition analysis.According to the test result,one modified design solution was advised to improve the volume front load washer after consider the safety risk and gap influence elements.
