摘要
为分析往复式冰箱压缩机排气阀片运动规律及排气系统流体动力学性能,本文研究了基于流体和结构耦合的压缩机排气系统仿真原理与方法;结合有限元结构仿真软件ANSYS Mechanical、流体仿真软件STAR-CD、耦合软件MPCCI及流体动网格控制技术,构建了往复式冰箱压缩机排气系统的流固耦合仿真模型;仿真获取了排气系统瞬时速度和压力分布、排气阀片升程-曲轴转角曲线、阀片应力等,为往复式压缩机排气阀片的结构改进及排气系统设计优化提供了必要的基础。
To analyze reciprocating refrigerator compressor exhaust valve motion law and exhausting system fluid dynamics characteristics,the paper studies the theory and method of fluid structure interaction based reciprocating compressor exhaust simulation.Combining with software ANSYS Mechanical STAR-CD MPCCI and dynamic mesh technique,exhausting system fluid structure interaction simulation model was established.The pressure filed and velocity filed data of exhausting system flow filed,exhaust valve plate displacement varing with shaft angle data,stress of valve plate etc were obtained,these will be helpful for exhaust valve plate improvement and exhausting system optimization.
