摘要
PG电机通过反馈信号判断电机运行转速,检测电源的过零信号进行斩波,从而达到对电机转速的控制。而反馈信号及过零检测信号出现干扰时,将对电机控制产生影响,从而导致电机出现停转、转速不稳的情况。本文针对PG电机运行时出现停转、转速不稳等问题,进行相关的抗于扰分析,提出硬件改进和软件改进两种方式,通过实验进行验证,比较改进效果,提高PG电机运行时的抗干扰能力。
PG motor is running in order by the feedback signal,detecting the power supply's zero-crossing signals and chopping waves,and then to control the motor running in a certain speed.When the feedback signal and zero-crossing signals are disturbed,they will affect the motor control,which will result in the motor stalling,or running unsteady.For such problems,this paper analyzes the anti-jamming factors,brings two solutions both in hardware improving and software improving ways,by the experiments validating and comparing the improving results,the PG motor enhances the anti-jamming ability.
