旋转式压缩机用冷冻油低粘度化探讨和研究

Discussion and Study on Low Viscosity Refrigeration Oil of Rotary Compressor

本文使用某系列特定压缩机,分别使用量产冷冻油及较量产冷冻油粘度稍低的冷冻油A、B进行装机试验,对比分析了使用三种冷冻油方案的压缩机性能和可靠性。结果表明,冷冻油粘度降低后,压缩机单体能效和使用该压缩机的空调系统能效均有所提高,寿命后泵体零件磨损量与量产冷冻油方案相当,可靠性可以满足要求。

Rotary compressors using the refrigerant oil A for normal production and the refrigerant oil B with lower viscosity are assembled and tested respectively,the performance and reliability are compared and analyzed for the compressors using three different refrigeration oils.The results show that with lower viscosity refrigerant oil,both EERs of compressor unit and the air conditioner using the said compressor are increased,the pump component wear after life test is as same as that of normal production oil,and the reliability satisfies the requirements.
