摘要
本文针对糙米的应用局限性,论述如何利用电压力锅使糙米在最适合的温度、湿度环境下有效缩短发芽时间。研究证明通过高压蒸煮的糙米具有更好的口感且营养成分更容易被人体消化吸收。
In this paper,in view of the limitations of application in brown rice,it discusses how to use the unique advantage of Electric pressure cooker which makes the brown rice to bud in the suitable temperature and humidity to reduce the budding time efficiently.The brown rice is tasted better and the nutrient components are easy to digest and absorb according to steam the budded brown rice in high pressure.
