摘要
提出了一种低谐波低损耗的三相光伏并网逆变器设计方案。在全桥DC-DC变换器中采用零电流软开关技术解决开关损耗大的问题。在DC-AC逆变器中,采用特定消谐PWM技术使其逆变器的开关频率可减少大约50%,进而减少开关损耗。Matlab仿真实验证明该方案的可行性,为实际工程应用和产品化提供了理论依据和前期实验基础。
A new design of low harmonies and low loss three phase grid-connected inverter is proposed. Full-bridge DC-DC converter uses zero current soft switching technology to solve the problem of high switching losses. DC-AC inverters use selective harmonic elimination PWM technique to reduce the inverter switching frequency by approximately 50% and switching losses. Matlab simulation tests prove the feasibility of the program, provide a theoretical basis for practical engineering applications and products and early experiments for the preparation.
