摘要
本文提出了一种带光伏串级接地检测功能的低功耗、安全型智能光伏直流系统。汇流箱中采用的新型熔断器、接地检测模块、电流检测模块、新型直流断路器MCCB(包括直流柜和逆变器柜用)采用具有自主知识产权的新技术大幅提高了光伏汇流箱的操作安全性、系统安全性,减低了系统功耗,缩小了汇流箱、直流柜和逆变器柜体积;同时,增加了光伏串级接地检测功能,提高了系统安全性。除此之外,逆变器柜中通过采用1台1250A/MCCB替代2台并联的630A/MCCB,完全避免了不均流的问题,提高了柜体中其它组件的使用寿命,提高了系统运行的安全性和可靠性。
A low power consumption, safety intelligent photovoltaic DC system with grounding monitoring function for photovoltaic battery string is put forward in the paper. The new type fuse, grounding monitoring module, current monitoring module, new DC moulded-case circuit-breaker(including used in DC cabinet and inverter cabinet) of combiner box used new technology with independent intellectual property rights, which greatly improve the operating safety and system safety of PV combiner box, reduce system power consumption, and narrow the volume of combiner box, DC cabinet and inverter cabinet. Meantime, the function of grounding monitoring function for photovoltaic battery string. In addition, two 630A/MCCB parallel connection is replaced with one 1250A/MCCB, so the problem of unequal current is complete avoidance and improve the life of other assembly in cabinet, so the safety and reliability of system is improved.
