摘要 文中针对变压器绕组温度检测采用电缆传输存在的弊端,系统采用铂电阻为温度检测传感器,以STC15单片机为核心器件,利用Zigbee无线技术代替电缆进行温度信号传输,实时的监测变压器绕组温度。通过上位机软件对变压器温度信号进行分析,实现温度报警与故障预警等功能。该系统具有良好的可靠性和实时性、测量精度高,能满足大型变压器绕组温度智能化检测的要求。 In view of the transformer winding temperature detection using the existing disadvantages of cable transmission, this paper adopts the platinum resistance sensor for temperature detection, uses STC15 single-chip microcomputer as the core device, and uses Zigbee wireless technology to replace the cable temperature signal transmission, to realize the temperature measuring of Transformer winding temperature. Through the PC software analysis of transformer temperature signal, to realize the temperature alarm and fault early warning, and other functions. The system has good reliability and real-time performance, high measurement precision, can satisfy the requirement of large transformer winding temperature intelligent detection.
