摘要 UHF检测法在GIS局部放电状态检测中得到了广泛应用。然而,GIS局部放电UHF检测技术尚存在UHF传感器质量参差不齐、配置方案不佳、缺乏统一的标定方法等问题,导致误报警、漏报警问题时有出现,严重制约了GIS局部放电UHF检测领域的健康发展。为此,有必要深入开展GIS局部放电UHF检测系统性能校验方法的研究,提升GIS局部放电UHF检测技术的现场应用水平。本文综述了GIS局部放电UHF传感器的耦合性能检验方法、UHF检测系统灵敏度和动态范围的实验室检验方法和现场检验方法已取得的研究进展和存在的不足,提出了GTEM小室阻抗特性和场强均匀性标定、现场校验脉冲注入方式和等效性研究等3个有待深入研究的方向。 UHF method has been widely used in the field of gas-insulated switchgear partial discharge condition application. However, the sensor in the method has problems that UHF poor quality, poor configuration, lack of uniform calibration methods and a false alarm sometimes. The problems of GIS UHF partial discharge detection had a negative impact. Consequently, it is necessary to carry out the performance verification methods of the UHF detection system for enhancing the spot check level of GIS partial discharge. The paper reviews that the performance verification method for coupling of UHF sensors in the field of GIS partial discharge, the achievement and shortcomings about UHF detection system sensitivity and dynamic range of verification method both laboratory and field. And the author comes up with the research directions, including calibration about laboratory verification platform impedance characteristics and field uniformity, pulse injection method in the spot check and bioequivalence studies.
