This paper conducts a multi-perspective and detailed analysis on accident case of operator face-burn by low-voltage distribution-box arc shortcut, which is caused by cable bus bar shortcut breakdown. Causes of the accident, resolutions and precaution measures are hereunder presented as a piece of vivid example for the future reference of maintainers and technicians in this field.
