摘要
①目的 观察电离子与γ 干扰素联合治疗尖锐湿疣的效果。②方法 对 78例尖锐湿疣病人采用 2 0g/L利多卡因和稀释后γ 干扰素 ,对皮疹基底部进行局部浸润性麻醉 ,然后应用电离子治疗机对皮疹进行炭化治疗 (联合治疗组 ) ;与单用 2 0g/L利多卡因局部麻醉后电离子机治疗 30例病人 (单纯治疗组 )进行比较。③结果联合治疗组复发率为 8.9% ,单纯治疗组复发率为 30 .0 % ,前者复发率明显降低 (χ2 =7.5 9,P <0 .0 5 )。④结论用电离子与γ 干扰素联合治疗尖锐湿疣 ,能降低复发率。
Objective\ To evaluate the clinical effect of iontherapy combined with interferon γ in the treatment of condyloma acuminata. \ Methods\ Seventy eight patients with condyloma acuminata were treated with combined method. The base of lesions was injected with 20 g/L lidocaine and diluted interferon γ by local infiltration anesthesia, and then the lesions were carbonized by iontherapy machine. The outcome was compared with that of the 30 patients treated with injection of 20 g/L lidocaine only into the base of lesions and then carbonized by iontherapy. \ Results\ The recurrence rate was 8.9% for the combined group, 30.0% for lidocaine enly group. The recurrence rate of the former obviously decreased( χ 2=7.59,P <0.05).\ Conclusion\ The combination of iontherapy and interferon γ for the treatment of condyloma acuminata may decrease the recurrence rate.
