摘要
①目的 观察温度对人胎盘碱性磷酸酶 (HPAP)活性的影响。②方法 应用分光光度法测定不同温度时HPAP的活性。③结果 HPAP的最适温度为 6 5℃ ,对热稳定 ,- 2 5℃冷冻后 ,酶活性明显下降。④结论HPAP是一种耐热的碱性磷酸酶 ,但冷冻后不稳定。
Objective\ To study the effects of temperature on human placental alkaline phosphatase(HPAP).\ Methods With the method of spectrophotometry , determination of HPAP activity was carried out at different temperatures.\ Results The optimum temperature for HPAP was 65 ℃. HPAP was stable to heat and its activity markedly decreased when HPAP was frozen at -25 ℃.\ Conclusion\ HPAP is stable to heat, but unstable to frozen.
