COSMIC具有全球覆盖、精度高、垂直分辨率高、长期稳定、费用低、全天候和几乎准实时的观测特点,它为地球表面上难于进行定期测量的地区提供了一个全新的测定大气剖面的方法。本文详细介绍了COSMIC的各种大气产品,并进行了初步比较。
COSMIC constellation provides a new approach of remote sensing of atmospheric profiles for areas difficult to be periodically measured,with the feature of global covering,high precision,high vertical resolution,being stable,low cost consuming,full-time and quasi real-time observing.The COSMIC atmospheric products and their preliminary comparisons are described in detail.
