摘要
①目的 探讨乳腺X线照相加电脑定位染色活检技术对小乳癌的诊断价值。②方法 对门诊病人及 35岁以上高危人群妇女共 172 0例行乳腺X线照相。对其中乳腺X线片显示可疑乳癌者 ,行电脑定位 ,病变区注入 0 .3mL亚甲蓝染色 ,将染色区病变组织及周围少许正常组织一并切除活检。③结果 共检出乳癌病人 14 8例 ,其中通过染色定位活检检出直径小于 1cm小乳癌共计 5 2例 ,直径最小者 3mm ,临床未扪及包块者 18例。
Objective\ To assess the value of mammography plus computer guided staining mark biopsy for the diagnosis of minor breast cancer (MBC). \ Methods\ A mammography was done for 1 720 women of over 35 years old from clinic and with high risk. Computer guided methylene blue staining biopsy was done for suspected cases, and the focus and its surrounding normal tissue were removed for pathology.\ Results\ 148 cases of breast cancer were confirmed pathologically, in which, the cancer size of less than 1 cm in diameter was 52 cases, which was found by means of computer guided staining biopsy, including 18 cases of non palpable lesions. The minimum diameter was 3 mm.\ Conclusion\ Mammography plus computer guided staining biopsy is of practical value for the diagnosis of MBC.
