非溃疡性消化不良与心率变异性的关系 被引量:3

摘要 ①目的 探讨非溃疡性消化不良与心率变异性的关系。②方法 采用计算机自动时域分析技术计算出非溃疡性消化不良病人及对照组的SDNN ,SDANNindex ,SDNNindex ,rMSSD ,PNN50 .③结果 与正常对照组比较 ,非溃疡性消化不良病人的上述指标明显异常 (t=2 .96 8~ 5 .773,P <0 .0 1) ,心率变异性与年龄有较密切关系(t=3.4 95~ 4 .94 0 ,P <0 .0 1) ,但与性别无关 (t=0 .30 0~ 1.784 ,P >0 .0 5 )。④结论 非溃疡性消化不良病人其心率变异性明显异常 ,二者具有密切关系。 Objective\ To study the relationship between non ulcerative dyspepsia and heart rate variability. \ Methods SDNN, SDANNindex, SDNNindex, rMSSD and PNN 50 were calculated for patients with non ulcerative dyspepsia and the controls by using computer time region analysis technique. \ Results\ The above parameters of patients with non ulcerative dyspepsia were obviously abnormal ( t=2.968-5.773, P <0.01), showing close relation with the age ( t=3.495-4.940, P <0.01), but no relootion with the sex ( t=0.300-1.784, P> 0.05). \ Conclusion\ The heart rate variability of the patients with non ulcerative dyspepsia was obviously abnormal, suggesting a close relationship between non ulcer dyspepsia and heart rate variability.
