摘要
本文综述现代生物技术发展动态、生化过程中分离提纯的要求、特点和方法。重点讨论如何应用化学工程最新成就。促进生化工程分离提纯工艺及设备的开发。
The present state of modern biotechnology,the requirements,the chara- cteristics and the methods of separation and purification in biochemical processes have been introduced and how to apply the new advances in chemical engineering to improve the technology and equipment of the separa- tion and purification in biochemical processes have also been briefly discussed in this paper.
