贵州退耕还林与林业产业结构调整对策

Strategy of Implementing 'Conversion of Arable Land to Forestland' and Forest Industry Adjustment of Guizhou province

贵州省位于长江、珠江上游 ,是我国退耕还林工程的重要实施区之一 ,贵州又是全国贫困的省区之一 ,如何稳定退耕地 ,加快还林还草工程 ,具有举足轻重的战略意义。根据目前林业产业存在的产业结构不合理、技术含量低、经济效益差、资金投入不足、林种树种结构不合理等问题 ,提出了 7条产业结构调整的对策和建议。

Guizhou province is located at the upper stream of Yangzi River and Zhujiang River, it is one of the key implementing regions of 'Conversion of Arable Land to Forestland'. Guizhou is an undeveloped province of China as well. Stabilizing the converted land, speeding up the engineering 'Conversion of Arable Land to Forest Land' is quite crucial. Based on analyzing the existed problems in forest industry structure, such as unreasonable structure, low sci_tech level, low economic benefit, limited financial input, unreasonable composition of either tree species or forest types, seven strategies and suggestions focusing on adjusting the forest industry structure were put forward.
