摘要 本文分析了表面激光硬化处理的特点及影响因素,并介绍了以大功率柴油机缸套为对象而进行的激光硬化处理工艺研究。通过对所处理工件的性能分析,发现其硬度、组织、耐磨性及疲劳性等均有较明显的提高和改进;通过试验研究,确定了缸套类零件表面激光硬化处理的优化工艺。 Specialities of and effects on laser case hardening are analysed and, meantime, technological investigation inlaser hardening for a high-power diesel liner targeted is presented. As shown in the paper, through performance analysisconducted for the treated work piece, it was found that its hardness, microstructure, wearability and fatique resistance havebeen improved similarly; and based on experiments, the optimal technology for laser case hardening of cylinder liner likecomponents has been confirmed.
