摘要
采用红曲、金银花、杜仲、水飞蓟、山楂等中草药组成复方制剂添加于蛋鸡日粮中观察对鸡蛋胆固醇含量的影响。将试验蛋鸡随机分为 3组 ,每组 4个重复 ,试验期 5周 ,试验 组添加 5 0 0 mg/kg,试验 组添加2 5 0 mg/kg中草药制剂 ,对照组不添加。结果表明 :1日粮中添加中草药制剂蛋黄胆固醇浓度 ( mg/g蛋黄 ) 、 组比对照组分别降低 2 5 .4 % ( P<0 .0 1 )和 1 7.4 % ( P<0 .0 5 ) ;2 、 组极显著降低了蛋鸡血浆总胆固醇( P<0 .0 1 )、LDL-C( P<0 .0 1 )和 VLDL( P<0 .0 1 )水平 ,提高了 HDL-C( ( P<0 .0 1 )水平 ;3中草药制剂明显改善了鸡蛋脂肪组成 :亚油酸含量 ( % ) 、 组比对照组分别提高 2 4 .2 % ( P<0 .0 1 )和 1 7.1 % ( P<0 .0 5 ) ,亚麻酸含量 ( % ) 、 组比对照组分别提高 4 4% ( P<0 .0 1 )和 36 % ( P<0 .0 1 ) ;4 3组之间料蛋比无明显差异 ,但试验组显著降低了产蛋率 ( P<0 .0 5 ) , 组有进一步降低产蛋率趋势。试验研究证明 ,中草药制剂具有显著降低鸡蛋胆固醇含量 ,改善脂肪成分的作用。建议日粮中用量为 2 5 0~ 5 0 0 mg/kg。
In order to investingate the effect of medical herb supplement composed of Monascus purpureus went, Lonicera japonica Thumb, Eucommia ulmoides Oliv,[Silbum merianum [WTBZ](L) Genrtn],, Crataegus pinnatifida Bge etc in layer dietary on cholesterol content of egg, 720 Nick layers eged 32 weeks were divided into 3 growps. The study lasted 5 weeks. The dietary of experiment Ⅰ,Ⅱ was added 500 mg/kg, 250 mg/kg medical herb supplement respectively. The control growp was not added. The results showed that: ①The level of TC, LDL-C, VLDL in plasma were decreased significally. The level of HDL-C in plasma was increased significally. ② The cholesterol content per gram yolk of Ⅰ, Ⅱ group is decreased 25.4% (P<0.01) and 17.4% (P<0.05) respectively. The content of egg linolenic acid of Ⅰ?Ⅱ group was increased 24.2% (P<0.01) and 17.1% (P<0.05) respectively. The content of egg linolein acid of Ⅰ, Ⅱ group was increased 44% (P<0.01) and 36% (P<0.01) respectively. ③FCR is not different significally among 3 groups, but experiment Ⅰ?Ⅱ lowered the laying rate significally (P<0.05). The results showed that Medical herb can decreased the cholesterol content of egg, improve the fat composition. The suggested supplement is between 250~500 mg/kg in layer dietary.
