摘要
通过小区试验 ,比较了重瓣丝石竹各品种莲座化状况 ,结果表明 ,生育期超过 10 0d的重瓣丝石竹中晚熟品种 ,抽苔率为8%~ 45 % ,开花率为 6%~ 40 % ,秋冬季易产生莲座化现象。重瓣丝石竹开花率和抽枝率呈显著相关 (y =1 0 0 1x 3 862 7,r2 =0 9968 )。在营养期 ,正常苗内源生长素IAA、内源细胞分裂素DHZ +DHZR、iPA含量分别为 2 1 5 2 1μg/gFW ,3 5 2 14 μg/gFW和 4 5 46μg/gFW ,比莲座苗分别提高 5 0 2 %、2 1 3 %和 48 5 %。正常开花株中IAA及iPA含量比营养期显著提高 ,含量达3 0 43 7μg/gFW和 8 5 76μg/gFW ,而莲座苗仍保持营养期水平。营养期和开花期内源GA3含量为 0 0 62~ 0 0 85 μg/gFW ,莲座苗与正常苗GA3含量无显著差别。正常植株在营养生长期间植株茎顶端IAA、Z +ZR、DHZ +DHZR和iPA含量分别是基部的3 2、2 8、1 5和 6 4倍 ,而莲座态植株顶端和基部内源激素含量无明显差异。花期植株体内的内源IAA含量以花梗部最高(4 1 2 5 6μg/gFW) ,iPA和DHZ +DHZR含量的梯度分布比营养生长明显增加 。
The plot experiments showed that the late blossoming varieties such as 'Perfecta' of Gypsophila paniculata L had the tendency of rosette like growth in the autumn under lower temperature and shorter day light Our results indicated the flowering percentage of G paniculata was correlated significantly to the shooting percentage ( y =1 001 x 3 8627, r 2=0 9968 ) In vegetative period the endogenous hormones such as IAA,DHZ+DHZR and iPA in health plants were 50 2?%,21 3?% and 48 5?%,respectively,higher than those in the rosette plants,namely 21 521?μg/gFW,35 214?μg/g FW and 4 546?μg/g FW Moreover,during the flowering period the content of IAA and iPA increased substantially in health plant,while the both kept the similar level of the vegetative period in rosette plants There was no remarkable difference of GA 3 content between heath and rosette plants.On the other hand,the endogenous hormones presented the gradient distribution where the IAA,Z+ZR,DHZ+DHZR and iPA contents in the top part of health plant was 3 2,2 8,1 5 and 6 4 times as high as that in the base part,respectively During flowering period this hormone gradient appeared evidently in health plant However,no hormone gradient existed in rosette plants in both vegetative and flowering periods
