一类新型抑病毒菌素的分离纯化与应用

Application and Purification of the Antivirus of Penicillin sp.

抑病毒菌素是一类由Penicillinsp .产生的抗病毒物质 ,对植物多种病毒具有良好的抑制作用。采用液体发酵后 ,过滤出菌体 ,采用乙醇梯度法进行分离提纯 ,回收溶剂后得淡黄色抑病毒菌素粉末 ,加入适量的助剂吸附配制成 2 0 %可湿性粉剂 ,用于试验。其中喷雾使用 2 5～ 2 0 0mg/L ,在烟草和心叶烟上测定对烟草花叶病毒 (To baccomosaicvirus,TMV)的钝化效果分别为 37.6 %～ 74 .2 %和 4 0 .2 %～ 91.3% ;在番茄上于接种前后分别喷施10 0mg/L ,对病害初侵染的作用效果分别为 83.7%和 6 6 .5 %。

The antivirues of Penicillin sp.was purification and application. This experiment showed,the antivirus of Penicillin sp. could inactivate Tobacco mosaic virus(TMV). The resistance effect could be up to 40.2% to 91.3% and 37.6% to 74.2% to TMV with 25 to 200 mg/L of antivirus. The control effect were 83.7% and 66.5% on tomato plants if sprayed 24 hrs before or after inoculation with 100mg/L antivirus.
